Free Shipping Worldwide

  • All orders qualify for free shipping worldwide, with no minimum purchase requirements or special exceptions.
  • We accept and ship orders to all countries except Russia, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and OFAC-sanctioned countries.

  • Prime Products: These items are ready to ship.
  • For other products, dispatch times vary depending on the type.

  • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-4 business days.

Courier Service

  • To provide you with premium service, we use Express Delivery services such as DHL and FedEx. We reserve the right to choose the courier of our choice for the most efficient delivery method.
  • APO/PO Box Addresses: We are currently unable to ship to PO, APO, DPO or FPO Addresses.

Lost or Damaged Products

  • If your parcel shows as delivered on your tracking link but you haven't received it, please contact our Customer Support Team and the courier within 5 working days from the tracking delivery date to initiate an investigation (Claims raised after 5 working days will not be accepted).
  • Once verified by the carrier, we will replace any lost or damaged items during transit with either a full store credit or a replacement of the original order. Please note that lost orders are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping Status:

Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.

Order Changes:

Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.

Item Not Received:

If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at [email protected].

Taxes

Our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT (Valued Additional Tax).

However, some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

We are required by law to charge sales tax on all items purchased, unless in situations where it is not required by law.
